For Free organizations, this includes account identifiers and events such as sign-in, setup, feature use, and service errors. Pro administrators can turn off organization-scoped product telemetry in Organization settings. Service telemetry does not include monitor addresses, alert destinations, credentials, or customer-entered content.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers
- Monitoring Data: Response times, uptime statistics, and performance metrics from your monitored endpoints
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and local storage to maintain your session and preferences

- Provide, maintain, and improve the ZnowPulse service
- Process your transactions and send related information

You can export your monitoring data in standard formats (CSV) through the Service interface.

You may request account deletion through Znowsoft. Data associated with an approved request is handled according to our retention obligations.

You can opt out of receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe link in those emails or updating your account preferences. Note that you will continue to receive transactional emails related to your account.
6.5 Cookies
Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. Note that some features of the Service may not function properly without cookies.
