Three things to know: the protocol, the credential, and what the alert payload looks like. The setup is the same on free and Pro.

- Twilio account SID + auth token + a Twilio-owned number to send from. Per-organisation; encrypted with the master key before storage.
- Payload
- Short text body (under 160 chars) with monitor name, status, and a link to the endpoint detail page. Bodies are pre-trimmed before send so a long URL never blows past the carrier limit.
